Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily exchange or refund it for you (please refer to exceptions below). Simply send it back to us, along with your receipt of purchase within 30 days of shipment date and we will issue you with a store credit or refund for the purchase.
Please note, we do not refund original or return shipping charges.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.
In addition to the above guidelines, all swimwear garments must be in their original condition with all tags and sanitary protection labels in place. Do not remove your underwear when you first try on the swimwear until you are sure that the fit and style are correct. Azura Swimwear will not issue a refund or credit for swimwear unless it is returned to us in perfect, re-sellable condition and within 30 days of shipment date. Used swimwear will be returned to the purchaser who will be charged for the return shipment.
Azura swimwear reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns or exchanges. A one-time exchange policy per swimsuit applies.
Sale Items
Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. A one-time exchange policy per swimsuit applies.
Clearance Items
Clearance items may not be returned for refund, exchange or store credit. All clearance items will be marked ‘Clearance’.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If you have received a garment that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the order. Azura Swimwear aims to provide only the finest quality products. To that end, all items undergo a quality check before being shipped to you. We apologize for any inconvenience you undergo. Please contact us via email at

International Orders
International orders, except for Canada, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Procedure
To process a return or to make an exchange, please follow the procedure listed below:
• Fill out the ‘Return & Exchange’ form included in your shipment.
• Enclose form, along with your original receipt and garments in the package.
• Attach the return label (also included in your shipment) to the outside of the package. The return shipping address will be included on the ‘Return & Exchange’ form. Alternatively, you can refer to the address below or call us on 1-866-99-AZURA.

• Return packages must be post-marked no later than 30 days of shipment date.
• We strongly advise that you insure your package and use a shipping service that allows you to track your package. Azura Swimwear will not be held responsible for lost packages.
• Once the returned items have been received by us, a refund will be issued in its original form of payment within 4 weeks.
• Shipping charges are not refunded.
