It’s been a while since we featured a Bikini of the Week - what with purchasing our 2009 designer swimwear range, introducing new swimwear designers to our collection and, not to mention, managing our designer swimwear sale, we haven’t had time for much else. But with all the beautiful swimsuits in front of us, we thought it was about time we shared some of our favorites here at Azura Swimwear, before our swimsuit favorite list got out of control once again!
Thinking of our designer swimwear sale (all our 2008 designer swimsuits are 25% off!) in particular, I began to think about all the incredible swimsuits you could pick up at such great prices. I for one am an absolute sucker for a sale - what’s not to like? It’s your favorite swimsuit but at a lower price. And from there I immediately thought of one swimsuit - a stunning black bikini by Sauvage Swimwear called Chains - the swimsuit I have had my eye on all season.
It’s a quiet achiever this swimsuit - it doesn’t scream for your attention, but it certainly attracts it. And there’s nothing like a black bikini to add to your collection - they are so versatile and will last for more than one season. Chains by Sauvage Swimwear in particular is a black bikini that will slide seamlessly into your repertoire - it is simple, but with an appealing point of difference. The look is relaxed elegance (perfect for the beach), with a hint of sexy style added through the metallic bauble string detailing at the sides and top (take it poolside too).
The cut of this swimsuit too makes it something to write home about. The bikini top, halter in style, makes it a great choice if your looking for good support or shape, while the bikini bottoms have both full backside coverage and wide coverage at the front. It’s a designer swimsuit that you can move around in and be active, but still looks sexy - a mix that’s hard to find in a bikini. And, it’s comfortable - the chain detailing is lined so there no digging in or slipping.
At full price, the Chains by Sauvage Swimwear is a swimsuit hard to pass by - it’s beautiful, practical and versatile. But at 25% off, it seems ridiculous not to, the price just too hard to beat for such a quality swimsuit. And really, you can never have to many black bikinis in your collection!
But until next time, we hope you enjoy our new 2009 designer swimwear range (there’s some great new pieces from Sauvage Swimwear as well as Nicolita soon to arrive) as well as our designer swimwear sale.
Well we certainly do and we are sure you will to! Azura Swimwear is proud to announce that we will be soon be stocking this year’s beautiful designer swimwear collection from Nicolita swimwear.
This is the first time Azura Swimwear will have stocked Nicolita swimwear, as well as being the first new designer swimwear range that we have introduced since we launched early this year. So undoubtedly, this is an exciting time for us here! We’ve had our eye on Nicolita for some time now, but when we caught up with the Nicolita girls after this year’s designer swimwear tradeshows and saw their incredible 2009 swimwear range, we just couldn’t pass up the offer to sell them here at Azura Swimwear.
We’ll be going through the 2009 Nicolita swimwear range with you step-by-step (I, for one, want to savour the opportunity to wax poetic over their gorgeous designer swimsuits!) when they arrive. But for a quick look and for those who aren’t familiar with this incredible designer swimwear label, Nicolita Swimwear harks from California, USA and is the creation of talented swimwear designer Nicole Sainz. Sainz’s heritage, a mix of Cuban-American, is all to clear in her latin-infused swimwear range with designer swimsuits that are incredibly sexy, yet oh so womanly - in only the way the Latinas and Mediterraneans can do it! Even the bikini names are exotic with inspiring names like Limonada, Tuscan Treat and Ciao Bella… certainly paints a vivid and beautiful picture doesn’t it!
We take the greatest care in selecting which designer swimwear labels make it into our store and with Nicolita, we have no doubt that she’ll be right at home here at Azura. The 2009 Nicolita Swimwear range will be arriving at Azura Swimwear shortly, so make sure to stay tuned. Of course, if you’re a subscriber, we’ll be sending you an email as soon as they get in. If you’re not a subscriber, but would like to join our mailing list, simply click here and fill in your details.
Until then, we wait as patiently as you for the sexy Nicolita to arrive… Not long now!
It seems we’re always excited here at Azura Swimwear. And really, who can blame us? We’re surrounded by gorgeous swimsuits year round and get the chance to connect with customers from around the world on a daily basis. But this week, we’re particularly excited! And with very good reason. Azura Swimwear is proud to introduce the new season Sauvage Swimwear collection, just released onto the swimwear market.
We got our first glimpse of the 2009 Sauvage Swimwear range earlier in the year when Sauvage swimwear designer Elizabeth Southwood previewed the range for fashion editors and swimwear buyers (such as ourselves) at different fashion shows and trade exhibitions across the country. But it is only now that these sexy designer swimsuits have become available to the public and Azura Swimwear is proud to be one of the first to have them in stock, bringing them direct to you so you can get your hands (and your bodies!) into these beautiful new swimsuit designs as soon as possible.
The 2009 Sauvage Swimwear collection, needless to say, is simply incredible. Year in year out, Southwood never fails to produce designer swimwear collections that stun and amaze and this year is definitely no different.
We don’t have favorites here at Azura Swimwear - we only carry brands that we love - so it’s not fair to say that Sauvage Swimwear is our favorite swimwear range. But, there really is something unique and special about Sauvage that sets it apart from the crowd.
Perhaps it is the beautiful detailing you’ll find on all of the Sauvage swimsuits - the 2009 Sauvage bikini Indian Princess is a prime example of this, studded in oriental inspired jewels. If you think this swimsuit looks good in the picture, wait till you see it in real life.
Or perhaps it is the ease with which Sauvage swimsuits fuses elegance with a point of difference - if you’re not familiar with Sauvage, check out one of this year’s most beautiful Sauvage swimsuits, Caviar, a stunning example of elegance paired with mystery, or the Chocolate Suede bikini, a sophisticated two piece swimsuit bringing together class and ease.
Personally, I love the raw scream of the jungle you’ll find in so many of Sauvage’s swimsuits - the swimsuits are sexy, but the inspiration is taken from the wild, giving them a particular kind of appeal. In fact, did you know that the word ‘sauvage’ actually mean wild in French? In the 2009 Sauvage Swimwear collection, the best example of this jungle beat is the Snake Skin bikini. Made from a gorgeous snakeskin print, taken straight from the wild, and lined with gold sequin trim, this designer swimsuit it pretty hard to beat.
As always here at Azura Swimwear, we only select the best of the best - the best swimwear designers and their best designer swimsuits. This year is no different, and as we start to introduce the 2009 women’s swimwear collections of our other designers (and get ready, we’ll be introducing some amazing new designers shortly), rest assured your happy shopping experience is in our expert hands.
So if Sauvage Swimwear seems up your alley, then don’t wait -start shopping now!
It’s that time of year again - designer swimwear sale season! Yes, that’s right. Before we say goodbye to summer and usher in the next year’s range to come, there’s definitely one more season to get excited about… sale season.
So just a quick note to let you know that Azura Swimwear will be welcoming the season in style and offering you discount designer swimwear at 25% off the original price. In fact, each and every swimsuit in our designer swimwear collection will have a designer swimwear sale price tag, and all at up to 25% off.
Designer swimwear sale time is perfect for picking up a couple of extra swimsuits to add to your collection, particularly those with timeless appeal. Our recommendations for this year’s collection would be the Jade Mountain 2 and Cobalt Crystal by Sauvage Swimwear, Spellbound by Beach Bunny Swimwear and the Kenya by Red Carter - each of these designer swimsuits have a unique quality and indefinable elegance that will see them lasting through the years.
Signature cut swimsuits are also great to grab a hold of during sale season - these women’s swimsuits never go out of style and many of the swimwear designers continue them season upon season. Buy them now and you’ll enjoy a timeless designer swimsuit for a discount designer swimwear price.
But designer swimwear sale season also offers the chance to pick up that swimsuit you’d been eyeing off all season, but for some reason or another, never got the chance to buy. Before your swimsuit walks out the door forever, here’s your last opportunity to make it yours, and even better, at just a fraction of the cost.
So with that we leave you to enjoy designer swimwear sale season… who ever said that the end of summer was sad?!
I love to check out fashion forums and online shopping social networks like Kaboodle – it’s a great way for me to find out about new products, see different trends emerging and also, share my thoughts with other like-minded individuals. Today, when crawling the net, I headed to StyleHive to see what great new swimwear finds were hot on the agenda, only to come across one of my favourite designer swimsuits this season, the sexy bikini Lyin’ Eyes by Beach Bunny Swimwear. Since it was time for Bikini of the Week, I thought it must have been fate that pulled me in this direction… not to mention it being one incredibly beautiful swimsuit!
Beach Bunny Swimwear designer Angela Chittenden is one of the designer swimwear industry’s most formidable talents. Here at Azura Swimwear, we continue to be blown away by her sexy new swimwear… time and time again. Undeniably, she pioneered the sexy-yet-sleek lingerie look, however her more ‘traditional’ styled swimwear is equally progressive. Take the Lyin’ Eyes for example – in many ways, it’s a standard halter top bikini. However with Beach Bunny’s use of detailing, sexy bikini cut, as well as use of fabric design, Angela Chittenden has taken this swimsuit to soaring new heights.
